Refund policy
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to request a return.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
- Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the item
- A short description of the issue
We'll review your request and offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase price of the product only.
Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
